The 1200 R$ pass that actually changes the chest, and when you should skip it.
Extra Item is the most expensive gameplay pass in Dungeon Quest. It costs 1200 Robux on the live store (game pass 6092999). It does not add damage. It does not add a code box. It adds one extra item to loot rolls that already exist: story dungeon chests, Wave Defense wave chests, Boss Raids, and daily rewards. That is why search traffic still types “extra item dungeon quest” in 2026 while codes stay empty.

What the extra roll actually stacks with
A normal dungeon clear drops one item. Extra Item makes it two. Hardcore mode already doubles the base roll if you finish on one life, so Extra Item on a Hardcore clear is how you see three dungeon drops. Wave Defense and Boss Raids follow the same “plus one” rule on their loot events.
Daily rewards start at two items after you sit in the experience for the playtime gate (community guides still say about fifteen minutes). Extra Item pushes that to three. Joining the official Dungeon Quest group adds another daily item, which is how people talk about four daily drops when group plus Extra Item are both on. Ultimates still do not come from dailies. Gold from those same sources is a separate pass. 2x Gold (540 R$) doubles gold from dungeon, Wave Defense, raid, and daily gold — it does not double what the dock vendor pays when you sell junk. Gold farming is the page for that split. VIP (480 R$) is 1.2x EXP, a chat tag, a yellow nameplate, and a Legendary VIP enchant that is visual. VIP does not add a loot roll. If your goal is more chests per hour, Extra Item beats VIP. If your goal is faster levels on a kit you already have, VIP plus Nightmare clears on the dungeon checker map beats a hat.
When 1200 R$ is worth it
Buy Extra Item when you already finish the highest Nightmare you can hold, you will play for weeks, and you care about legendary tickets. Each extra roll is another lottery ticket on Pirate Island through Abyssal Void. It is wasted on a brand-new wand that still wipes Desert Temple remaster Hard.
Do not buy it because a blog listed fake codes. Do not buy it to “unlock Trello drops” — there is no official Trello. See Trello. Do not buy it expecting cosmetics to roll power. Cosmetics are visual.
A party still multiplies chests per hour more cheaply than Robux if you have friends. Online co-op is the design. Extra Item on four players is four extra rolls per clear, not one. Invite people. Then spend.
